NEW ORLEANS - On his first visit to New Orleans since Hurricane Katrina devastated the city, U.S. Sen. John McCain echoed President Bush's demand that Congress send $4.2 billion in hurricane housing aid for Louisiana. Standing in front of a house so destroyed that the back yard was visible through its walls, McCain said the devastation he saw on a morning tour of the city was "enormous."
